HALLOWED GROUNDS:
RACE, MEMORY, AND THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA
The BFSA Ambassadors have partnered with Dr. Hilary Green to give the Hallowed Grounds Tour. This tour is a by product of Dr. Green's research on the history of slavery at the University of Alabama.
The tour is open to current students, alumni, faculty, staff, community members and potential students. The tour will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. More information on the history of slavery on UA's campus can be found on Dr. Green's webpage. Please use the form below to sign up for a tour. All tours begin at Gorgas House. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so the tour can start on time. |
